I KNOW this is a BION board. I also know Saipem has a contract with BION. I was asking what would happen to the contract and the EPC report for BION. I didn't know if the whole Saipem company would be in trouble if found guilty or just the individuals. Now that someone was kind enough to answer my questions, I realize only the individuals would be in trouble and that it should not affect BION at all. If you don't ask, you'll never learn. That's all my intentions were.
