Why? SMVR will never get off the greys, and it will be almost impossible to raise any money to stay afloat, beccause even the worst of the toxic financeers won't tough a grey market SEC-suspended company.
So this is worse than a shell.
With the SEC investigation likely ongoing, it could take years before charges are filed.
