In my opinion, it means nothing for retail holders. Springhill knew that their actions would effectively destroy the company in it's entirety.

I believe they also knew that Alpha would be taken sooner or later so the astonishment by current management is pretty transparent to me. They also knew that Cynthia was the only one left with deep enough pockets to make this worthwhile.

Springhill will win, something....., retail holders are left screwed.

Nice job by all to effectively kill what could have been a legit company. This goes all the way back in my opinion, no one in any leadership capacity position had their stuff together completely, simply a shame.
