I'm a former shareholder as of June 2014. Before I get called a basher, I'd like to set the record straight. I never shorted the stock. However, I did make a decent profit on my exit. My initial intention was to see if this might be a good time to get back in. Unfortunately, I think the above quote is the most likely outcome. If 80-90% of the startups in this space fail, you have to be honest with yourself and ask the question: Does this company behave like the top 10-20%? IMO, I don't think they do. I don't know if what they are up to is illegal or not. There are plenty of you here to debate that. When/if they successfully complete Tox, I will be back. Best of luck to all.
