After opening the day at $0.0161 the stock has run to highs of $0.0324 marking a run of more than 100% from the opening bell. Fueled by uplisting news, shareholders responded favorably to the news. Furthermore the company stated in a Tuesday press release that it will undertake a multi-million dollar capital raise in order to proceed further with FDA and other clinical drug development programs.

Stop, Stop! Everyone is well aware of this dilution SCAM that has gone from 100M to 1.5B shares.....even the founder cashed out long ago and ran with the money......folks are done with the false hype and the promise of skin cancer cures and dividends promised years ago.

I am not sure if I am reading this correctly, but Cannabis Science, Inc. (CBIS stock) wants to move up to Nasdaq exchange without a reverse split? And after reading the requirements that I found on Investopedia http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/121.asp the price per share is at least $2?
