as of feb 28th, uspr had $1.2 million in converts on their books. as of feb 28th. we have no idea if uspr has done more converts since feb 28th. nobody, nobody, has any idea if the convert selling is done. maybe one convert guy is done. maybe one convert guy is done with what he has converted so far but has more left to convert. who know what other convert holders have left.

nobody, but nobody knows. except the convert holders. period.
