I'm not stating anything is or isn't true. I'm only stating that based on a a quick review it seems Overland has been a client of ESG since at least 2004.

I see nothing wrong with SnapCLOUD. I just see it as another me-too product, effectively re-selling Azure storage into their (shrinking, it seems, based on revenue) customer base. So you can add some cloud storage into your Overland NAS environment. Big deal.

I'm sure they'll even sell some of it.
