Ah yes - forgot the terms for a second there. I feel like they have this setup as leverage for when they are negotiating with solar manufacturers... so the manufacturers cant say: well you clearly need revenue in the door so we are going to low ball you on the licensing agreement. Natcore can say, we have 10 million + other methods of financing to stay afloat so were going to negotiate this in a fair way.
They might just have this in place in anticipation for that conversation, not necessarily to use it.
