With no news, from a short-term perspective, the ipo of 9.21 + 1/3 immediately redeemable warrant at $5.50 yields
3 x 9.21 + 5.5 = $33.13/4 = $8.28 average cost/share.
So until news the share price may settle at around 5 to 10 % above $8.28 (short term profit point).
Strictly imo.
