I have stocks that have done just that. And does not have to be in one day. It can take one week but the end result is the same. The only positive is that institutions will be buying the stock. I am not saying by the way that up listing is insignificant. I hope we do soon. All I'm saying is that price manipulation happens in major exchanges big time every day with small companies.
Not true, just ask Patrick Byrne of Overstock.com. He is bringing his case before a jury in the upcoming suit against Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Hopefully the exposure will cause such outrage by folks who have no idea or understanding of naked shorting that it will force regulators to outlaw it once and for all. Go CTIX!!!
