The one thing Im hanging onto is that they temp suspended it. Why wouldnt they just revoke the registration ( I had that on another Q)?

So, my initial reactions may be off on this one here until I can figure it out. The SEC would have just revoked the registration today and killed it off but maybe since there is pending litigation regarding the sale that is why they temp suspended it.
