By who, why? Where can one see a MMMW filing with the SEC indicating your unsubstantiated claim? At this point the PRE-14 A is no longer accurate and the scheduled date does not allow for adequate time to mail shareholders a voting card either, so it is somewhat obvious the meeting will not be held on the 21st. But why has MMMW failed to simply let their "valued?" shareholders know what is going on, unless they have something to hide?
