Its to soon to get shook. According to what research i was able to do they still have today to get things. Whether filing or extension. Also from what i understand there is no repercussion from sec unless 30 days late. Still, i agree not a good way to run a business. Im assuming there is a logical reason behind this. One doesnt work as hard as they have to get current. Not counting the dollars spent, just to blow it now when all they have to do is file for an extension
