The BOD would never dare release a positive pr that might get the share price to continually go upwards. Us shareholders need an article from shareholders/board posters to go up. Only to get hammered back down by the atm. Even the ebola pr was released right before the ASM and on a day the market tanked. When is this SOON all you guys are talking about?!?!?! All IMO
