Investment Bankers = Large Block Investor. This is what they talked about in very early stages, I believe this is where large firms come in and buy a stake of PwC and Hayes shares to then restrict them again. Down the road these investors sell higher to other Investment Banks for a profit and then become restricted again.jmo
