This financing was not hidden from investors but only a properly trained analyst could see it for what it was. On March 5th the share price peaked at 0.84 and on March 6th when the arrangement was announced the low price was 0.49 as some saw it for what it was. A few days later seekingalpha dissected the filing and issued an immediate strong sell as they too saw it for what it was.

I too bought more shares on the way down and only figured it out in the last four or five days. The lower the price the more shares issued. We don`t know how many more shares will be issued or how low the share price will go. The only good news is the October announcement of the phase 3 trials and sometime between now and then a reversal should happen. It will be a buy at or near the low but don`t jump in until then.

The short selling has totally distorted the market cap which at a minimum should reflect cash on hand at $45M but doesn`t because the $45m right now equals 300m shares at 0.15 when there is only 180m issued.
