What the hell is next. Now some sort of "scoop" study. Why can't they just ship some of the stuff and stop financing. After the Scoop study something else will come up then they will be out of money again and another loan and here comes that old 17 day promise again. Beginning to sound like you have heard this before? They are sort of acting very pinky these days and I guess we should know better then to hope some of these guys will turn out to be honest.
