Wasnt this a dead stock that was recently aquired by a new company. Brookside Pershing?

Why would they pay for a new website and reinstatement. This is why I stay away from pennies. Ive been investing in Blue Chips my whole life but these seem to be much more sketchy at times.

Again, I just dont understand the logic in reinstating a dead stock, announcing an aquisition then creating a brand new 2015 Website...

If that was the case then why is no one selling shares. Not even management...why would Brookside spend all that money to buy the shell and make a website?
