No surprise. Fan is probably talking out of both sides of his mouth. The guy is in a tough position: he lost a lot of money (his and his 'partners') and owes a few payroll cycles to the Q skeleton crew. If he assumed ownership of Q, he owes the backpay Olsen neglected to pay, too. Olsen isn't off the hook here, though. He has personal culpability for misleading employees and shareholders. That cannot be 'sold'.
Fan was an insider shareholder apparently and when he took over Q he stepped out of the frying pan and into the fire. Now he's under pressure from employees and shareholders, with no financial resources left to satisfy all their claims. Sounds like he's been making promises he hopes to keep, but can't possibly. Not too bright.
