Any word on the 10k filing due months ago?...
A delisting should hit any day now. Ya cant just skip the most important annual filing, eventually the SEC catches up and does their job... and its not easy to get back on the OTC, especially if the books aren't clean.
Congrats to those that locked in profits near the highs, before the rest of the liquidity dries up on the pink sheets. Was a nice run, but like most unsubstantiated gains, it never lasts.... The block sellers know whats coming imo.
