that IS material information... if true, it would be in the most recent quarterly filing.

and they JUST filed the quarterly--in fact, they filed it LATE and STILL didn't mention this bit of information.

why would they not mention it if the ink was still fresh? if it was really happening right now??

what better time to make that announcement than in the 'Q' they just released?

Obviously, they wouldn't. There are no audited numbers coming, and there will be no uplist. Just more of the endless NGCG lies.
