I am told by Rich Inza that Emil has put a stake in the ground around 60 days as of Aug 10th. If the company does not have a serious bid in writing by this time, the BOD will begin infringement proceedings against the companies. This could take several months to resolution, however I believe the first company that comes forward to settle, it will be an offer to buy VP AND a healthier offer at that. If infringement proceedings are required to get them off their butts to respond seriously, companies may have to pay up more $$ once infringement proceedings has commenced.

BTW, Emil does NOT believe infringement proceedings will be necessary and the company will sell very soon.

And the majority of reasonable indicators show it will not & there are many that think that as well.
