You make a good case against PTSC! I recommend staying on the sidelines for now. You are correct that the company management and lawyers are the only ones making money here. Also, you parrot my very good point about the political connections of the large tech companies. Those companies are supporting legislation that makes sure a company like PTSC cannot even bring a case against them. If the big tech companies cannot bribe the legislators to do that they want to get a "loser pays" legal system. No lawyer would take PTSC case on contingency if they have to pay the winners legal fees if they lose. All this uncertainty in the legal system will not be cleared up for another 1-2 years. That is one of the main reasons I recommend being on the side lines on this stock my friend.
