Why would you sell your entire position at .0001 last week and then go to meeting? Why not hold and then go to the meeting?

Now you're going to have to pay double for your mistake unless you decide to wait 5 minutes for .0001's to show up and have your order filled.

Ok. It will have to be a real and material event to move this stock. Odd to sell common shares and go; however, if you have significant preferred shares it makes sense.
