respectfully we have all different criteria, it might not be to you but it is important to me others, if the CEO of company can't be transparent about his stock purchases it leads me to think then what else are they not disclosing or transparent about ? it speaks to level of trust we put in management....why hide it, the reason we are chicken sh& about it is he hasn't been transparent, if he was this chicken sh& discussion goes away 100%....as one poster previously said, lets be honest if he paid $5 per share and put in $5m, it would be all over the boards and it would be widely touted here, saying if good enough for EK who knows more than anybody whats going and he put in $5m, then it must be a buy

Yes. It's minutiae designed purposefully to assist retail investors in taking their eyes off the material developments...
