I agree this is a merger. This is not dilution. Dilution is when you increase shares outstanding all else being equal . The value of our assets/investment approximately just doubled so in theory half of an investment that just doubled leaves you at the same spot only in this case our new entity will have legal cost savings, tax savings, greater diversification, greater name recognition, etc so it's a win win that should lead to quicker growth. Obviously can't predict what will happen to IP stocks in general but this transaction will put us more on the radar and provide us with more stability and less of a need to raise capital down the road. Not saying they won't ever do a capital raise but it will not be so dependent on a small case base now.
