ZMRK has been around since 2009 and still nothing audited.

What the heck have they sold to generate $142k?

What in the world are the marketing services for $230k?

Hmmm, marketing services but $0 spent on advertising and promotion.

There wasn't any mention of the lawsuit and settlement that ZMRK has to start paying.

Financial statement is shaky at best.

ZMRK must expedite filing audited financials if they want any credibility.
