A new trial date was set by the Judge yesterday after a status conference by phone with all the attorneys for October 31 2016. No talk of settlement from Blackburn/Treaty... yet. At his point in the process it would be up to Blackburn/Treaty to bring up settlement. The SEC committed to a trial with the filing of the suit after a Wells notice response from Blackburn failed to convince them not to file suit.
