how is not an issue ? there are 4.4m shares for sale while a stock is getting clobbered, why would anyone buy shares if they know all this supply will be coming on the market...definitely the so called whale would wait for those trades to happen, an overhang like this puts a stop sign on a stock, and in this case its worse as there is registered stock and the company needs to raise money as well..so double whammy of supply...so imo a big issue
