read the form F3 and on page 9 of the filing it will tell you who the selling shareholders are individually, so this would be on top the issuance that the company will be doing on its own..this F3 filing, no proceeds go to the company they go to the pockets of the selling shareholders

Investors have registration rights to force the company to register their shares and make them freely trading (and available for short borrow nyuk nyuk)

Note the biggest selling shareholder is MacFarlane Family Ventures at 2.8M shares. This is the group that did a chunk of that $3.20 plus warrant deal (they must have owned some other shares previously).

"GMP Securities LP ITF Lynn Factor" - ITF means "in trust for".

First hit on Google shows that Lynn Factor is Sheldon Iwentash's wife:

My understanding is they can puke these out as soon as the F-3 is filed.
