I think he is still here. And I would not be surprised to see a 5 million share sale get executed at .01 if someone is ready to enter a market order.
His selling behavior is typical of someone that is slowly unloading. For what reason I do not know. Maybe he is being forced to.
The stock is undervalued here, but you let that seller be backed up to the wall, and yes you will see this drop. When that happens load the boat at anything below .02
