According to the doc yes IFIXQ is supposed to be purchased (The shell with shares intact). Needs approval from court trustee but that is going to be a no brainer cause if they don't allow it, all that will happen is it would get de-listed and then they get nothing. The trustee's duty is to get what they can financially that makes sense and this makes sense.
