I am not sure about Mr. Hertell, I have found nothing negative. He was appointed to the bod by Mr. Pane I would assume.The big red flag to me is the coo and a couple of the directors that are still on the board were also on the bod of ipwg.That alone would stop me from buying this stock.Hopefully you don't have to much invested here.Why do you believe in the asset?
