We look at them now, with a declining SP as bad management, maybe. I would take into consideration however that they have NDA in place and do not want to give up any potential competitive advantages by disclosing information that could hurt the companies execution.
If the SP wasn't declining so drastically, people would be praising management for fast execution and all of their accomplishments.
I agree with you that they are terrible at communication with shareholders... but they are executing brilliantly... they haven't changed the strategy... they are executing the game plan... and it is a huge game plan... Miscrosoft execs had nothing but good to say about spiffy management... so yes... they don't communicate well... but they are executing brilliantly... jmo... glta...
