Your points are all well taken.
The only sure thing is that if and when the announcement comes that Phase Two is going to begin, it
will be at a time when the stock price is such so as that Wotton, other corporate scum, the mm's and anyone involved in this fix/conspiracy will benefit the most from
the nice bounce which will almost certainly ensue.
If Phase Two never does begin, well let's just say that for some the talk will be the stock is oversold when it goes below a penny.

Barring something very, very unexpected, the agony, imo, will go on as long as the mm and hedge funds can continue to 'milk' this money making machine for themselves. Actually, there's probably a good chance they'll close it green today, just to continue the charade.
