A share buy back of common shares would be great, but it is not happening or OS would be going down, not up. TA can confirm this information. Also because of legal reasons, a company doing a buy back would or should announce it as a filing and insider notification of such. If not announced, they could be accused of buying back and minipulating the PPS.

Also another thing that I think Danos would like to get out there to potential share holders if that was actually happening to attack new share holders and get PPS upwards.
