Good point LR! Maybe that's another asset that could be disgorged to LYJN shareholders. It's certainly odd. She takes bankruptcy alternative actions, sells off LYJN shareholder's equity assets, posts $150K in CASH for her felony fraud bail, then obtains LEGAL AID attorney assistance. What's wrong with the whole picture?
Not always LR!! Considering the SEVERITY of this case and the HUGE amount ( $290M+ ) that is hanging in the balance, the court may opt to retain the cash as payment toward fines and court costs from each and every one of these BOZO'S!!!
IMHO, it is NOT going to be a very pretty picture in the court room for ANY of these CON ARTISTS......not to be confused with STARVING ARTISTS!!!
Usually takes about 6-7 weeks to get your money returned to you once the case has been settled but I seriously doubt Hanna will be getting a whole lot of anything except some JAIL TIME.
