ITS A GREAT STEP - still many more GREAT CATALYSTS TO COME imo....this is one of the first ones that shows the serious steps being taken.....

you are asking a question that has some significance but at the same time without WATER, the other CUP APPROVALs do not mean anything....there are CUP approvals that still DONT HAVE WATER, and now INCC has taken these SERIOUS steps toward WATER.....of course a CUP approval is in the cards otherwise they would not be doing what they are doing....but it is time to continue to be tenacious just like they have been doing....not listening to all the naysayers and learn and understand the process of licensing...this is how it works and INCC is so far proving that the step by step approach is how you reach the goal.........
