(. . .) -- back here in this reality, as consistently demonstrated throughout history here and elsewhere going back to way before President Wilson, capital, capitalism, the invisible hand of the free market doing God's work, whatever you want to call it, above all else inherently/inevitably, left to its own devices/dynamics, drives the concentration of wealth/power all by itself, no assist whatsoever required from any central bank and/or income tax, which (of course) actually can/should be and at least at times have been tools of/via government and the law to (among other things) help balance/tame such concentration of wealth/power -- for starters, see (again) e.g. (linked in) http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=102473107 and preceding and following
