Reusing the ticker has zero to do with this company. Tickers are reassigned all the time, but the new company's shares are not the old company's shares. The old company is dead. The Company has been revoked - we are just waiting on the judge to sign the final order, which could happen at any time. And when that happens, the ticker will not come up with anything.
