I think the only way out of it is to declare BK. The Preferred shareholders would be paid first. That would be the best outcome for Series C holders as they are the only ones due CASH. They might not get 20 cents a share but they should get a liquidating dividend.

ONLY if there are enough assets to pay off the Series C shares, the common shareholders might split what's left.
