That is VERY questionable. Didn't comb through the filing, but what your saying would mean despite being in many other store shelves...no one from any other store bought Jala bars. Hmmm. Guess I'm going to have to stop being lazy and do some reading myself.
I noted the "100% of sales to one customer" reference as well. While A&P would certainly qualify, Stop and Shop (part of the Ahold grocery conglomerate) was selling Jala at the beginning of March. I actually purchased the sandwiches from a Stop and Shop in Connecticut over the Memorial Day holiday. So, could "one customer" possibly be an entity that Jala sold product to (who then sold the product to the grocery chains)? I guess the other possibility is that they forgot to mention additional customers in the filing.
