I believe Buffett has a leg up with many stocks with the ability to know Washington insider information. He regrets not buying them out...perhaps his biggest regret...I suppose most all inestors believe fnf is off his radar...I say he is still chewing on that ol' fnf cigar...Nothing prohibit anyone, including Buffett, from buying fnf...and there are ways to put an order in without triggeringredients public alarms.
