Elichen... I agree with your statement just do not think he is willing to part with this building process at this point in time. There are no offers that come close to the value he is seeking at this time.... just my opinion. Not just him but Jerry and the BoD too. They know they have something special here..... a once in a lifetime holding.
Plus there is more value to add to Elite for the short term future. Just get ELI-200 on the shelves and let the fun begin.
