Remember the Pizza Agreement is only for FSI to Make frozen Pizza for them. Think about it, what company would turn down making private label frozen Pizza for a company if they have the means to pay them? Doesn't seem all that complicated!
The complicated part is even if the get a signed agreement, that doesnt mean they will make any money. The plan is to find a company to make frozen Pizza's under Unique Label. UPZS is the supposedly going to ship them FROZEN to a distributor in India. Then keep them frozen there till they find any stores with freezer space willing to try and sell them.
IMOP there is no way this could ever make money. Think about it. Make Pizza in Ohio the freeze. Transport in a freezer container all the way to India. Transport frozen to Distributor. Keep in Freezer there to try and distribute them to a retailer that has freezer space and willing to try selling American Pizza at their store. What is the wholesale price UPZS will get for the Pizza's? How can that be more than the cost to make and ship to india???? I dont get how you could possibly not loose money!
If someone knows how this can be profitable, please explain.
I thought we outsourced to India as they work for way less. A 10.00 frozen Pizza may be a days wages?
