All that matters is the stock price. The O/S count is meaningless

If all that matters is the stock price, Integral appears to be in trouble. It has dropped from near $.85 in April to $.53 today.

The Outstanding share count is only meaningless to a trader, not an investor. An investor believes a company will make money, and the fewer shares, the higher the stock price.

For a company like Integral that relies on hype and stock sales for its existence you are right, the outstanding share price is all that matters. Traders think short term, investors long term. For a company that relies on sales and profit for their existence the outstanding share count does matter. Dilution hurts the investor. You are right, why would a trader care.

joe, no global commercialization! Electriplast is bogus!

CEO Doug Bathauer began the conference call by saying the company was on the cusp of significant change and after many years of loyal shareholder-base patience, global commercialization of Electriplast was finally at hand. Bathauer stated that for the last three months, Integral had been in intense negotiations with one of their key partners and that the soon-to-be-announced deal ensures Integral's execution of its business plan concerning global commercialization, a bold statement that obviously holds Bathauer's feet to the fire. That said, Bathauer's two-year reign as CEO has shown him to have met every promise that he's made to date, so there's definitely an anticipatory excitement in the air.

Stock price? Way down! O/S way up, going higher! The never to increase, ever, A/S about to increase 100,000,000 shares. Cash flow positive? Nope! Uplisting? Nope! BASF selling Electriplast ? Not hardly!

All that matters is the stock price. The O/S count is meaningless. How come warrant holders aren't selling ? Gee, they know the stock is going higher. Who was it that called a short at .28 ? ROTFLOL !!
