There is no such thing as shares being bought or sold without both occurring at the same time.

And yes I agree Porter is aiming for something more than a "happy meal". He no doubt got a slice of the 195M shares issued last Feb. When Porter, Shameberg, and any extras decide to dump, it will be more than 4K. With a paid P&D front running the dump.
