The "new wave" pumps.... are done via the msg board. That was tactic was ramped up after it became apparent that the official PRs were no longer effective, due to boy who cried wolf (in reverse) syndrome. Each one of the preceeding (and short lived) price spikes was fueled by pumping on the msg board & you always see not just the same names pumping, but also new "out of the woodwork" ones. So transparent.
