I'm outraged, why stop with getting rid of the majority of the BOD, fire everyone and get the Stock suspended or delisted. Has this been reported to SEC? It's certainly been discussed enough. If it's not going to be reported then time to drop it as no one interested in any follow up.

All shareholders will come out winners then, right?

Company is a mess and price MUST go down so we can get cheapies, right?

Let's get the price way down, good job

This website gives out the required Complaint papers to be filled out, hope this helps, and Good Luck. Would definitely help if all other shareholders who wish to get rid of the majority of the BOD support this and fill out the Complaint forms also.
