Yes, if you currently hold no position this could be a DECN bottom.

Personally, I believe .07 is a more likely bottom based on my research involving the most prolific of the DECN preferred share choices, and some of the other "special" people affiliated with the hedge funds.

Great job if you currently hold no shares, and you are considering your first position now.

Those who averaged down to current levels are in a terrible position right now.

I bought loads on the way down - that money is in the plus yahoooooooo - who would of thought. Me a small shareholder in the money.
